Samuel has had over 24 years working experience with the Audit Service, Internal Revenue Service (now part of GRA), Electricity Company of Ghana, Allied Coldstores and a seven- year stunt with Zenith Bank Ghana Limited. He also holds a Post Chartered Diploma in Oil & Gas from ICAG, an EMBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and is currently the Group Financial Controller for Fiesta Royale Hotel & Residence Boutique & Service Apartments. Dr. Eric Boachie Yiadom (PhD, CA, MCCxSEP) is a renowned finance professional, academic, and sustainability expert with vast experience in grant acquisition, research, consultancy, and project management. As a Development Finance and Economics Expert, he is deeply passionate about sustainable business practices and ESG-related issues. Certified by the IMF in the Macroeconomics of Climate Change, Dr. Yiadom is a Commonwealth Rising Star Researcher and a respected figure in climate change discourse. Dr. Yiadom is a Senior Lecturer and Projects Coordinator at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where his teaching and research expertise span Financial Economics, Research Methods, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, and Business Finance. With a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Finance from the University of Ghana and certification as a Chartered Accountant, his credentials and contributions in both academia and the corporate world are exemplary. As Lead Consultant at GreenVista Strategies, Dr. Yiadom specializes in sustainable business advisory, market analytics, and corporate re-engineering. He has conducted board-level training for many companies and institutions both locally and internationally. His work as a Research Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) underscores his dedication to sustainable development, particularly in clean energy initiatives. A sought-after public speaker, he has appeared on several local and international media outlets and conferences. Dr. Yiadom’s leadership in sustainability, economic modeling, and data analytics makes him an invaluable asset in shaping Ghana's future business landscape.

Mr. Rester is a Chartered Accountant and expert in Taxation with over 16 years of professional experience across various industries. he is a PHD (Accounting) candidate at the University of Ghana Business School and working assiduously to publish papers in Accounting and Taxation. an MBA in Accounting from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Cape Coast, an LLB from GIMPA, and an HND in Accountancy from Koforidua Technical University. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). As Senior Partner at Finance Ink Consults-Ghana, Dr. Rester has provided high-impact assurance and advisory services to a wide range of clients both in Ghana and beyond. Mr. Rester has served on numerous boards and committees, including the University of Ghana Council, Residence Board, Business School Finance Committee, and Tender Entity Board. He currently serves on the governing board of The Sanneh Institute, the ICAG Financial Reporting Faculty Committee, and chairs the Audit Committee of the National Blood Service of Ghana and the UPSA Credit Union Supervisory Committee. In addition to his practice, he is a part-time lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School and a professional educator at ICAG-affiliated tuition centres.
